Great to hear of your initiatives. I was an invitee on behalf of Employers Federation of Ceylon at the last year,s USBLN conference.
We have formed a Network among employers to enhance employment opportunities for PWDs. It will of mutual benefit to share these experiences & look forward to be in touch with you.
Thank you for sharing this information.
Thank you

It would be interesting to find out how many minority-owned businesses in the U.S. and/or elsewhere are owned by PwD as opposed to other more visible minority groups. It would also be interesting to know the business sector in which they are involved. I wonder if the Fed and State agencies that oversee minority business contracting and enterprises have this data. BLN would perhaps also have some data on this through their contracting service offered to its own members. There may be a lot more entrepreneurial PwD out there already running successful enterprises than we think. The global approach may really be eye opening and lead to some innovative strategies that can cut across cultural barriers and open new doors for those PwD who have an entreprenurial spirit.
