LDI is pleased to announce 11 new Leaders start the first Summer Academy at Northern Arizona University on June 16th, 2014! Our Leaders hail from across the USA, Nigeria and Canada, but all have a common mission and purpose- To improve and enhance personal abilities to make/keep commitments, work through differences/conflicts with other people civilly, experience college life away from their “comfort zones” and become the future of adult advocacy for people who have #LD #ADHD and #Asperger’s syndrome in their local communities. Oh… and to have awesome social experiences and plenty of opportunities to explore the cool mountains and lakes of northern Arizona with an adult peer group. Follow the action this summer at http://lifedevelopmentinstitute.org/learning-disabilities-summer-program/
